Hello.
I’m Sarah and I’m a BACP registered and qualified therapist practicing in Brighton & Hove and online
Need support? Talking helps
Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be struggling with relationships – whether with a partner, family, friends, or colleagues. Perhaps you’re going through a significant life change, or you’re experiencing low mood, anxiety, or emotions that feel hard to manage.
Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can talk freely, be heard, and begin to make sense of what’s going on – always at your own pace.
Who I work with
I work with adults and young people aged 18 and over on a one-to-one basis, on a variety of issues including birth trauma, anxiety, domestic abuse, relationship challenges, childhood trauma, or life transitions. Whether you prefer face-to-face or online sessions, therapy can provide a safe space to explore your feelings and find clarity.
Why choose a BACP registered therapist
As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work to professional standards of care and ethics. I support adults and young people over 18 in my private counselling practice and through specialist charitable organisations.

My therapeutic approach
I draw on evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including psychodynamic therapy, relational, and trauma-informed care. This allows us to explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns in a way that feels safe and meaningful.
Counselling in Brighton & Hove
I offer face-to-face therapy sessions in Brighton, East Sussex. These are held in comfortable and private consultation rooms at 18a Clermont Road, Brighton BN1 6SG – next to Preston Park train station. Each session lasts 50 minutes, is held at the same time each week, and gives you dedicated time to focus on yourself.
Online therapy across the UK
If travelling isn’t possible, or if you prefer the comfort of your own space, I also offer online counselling sessions via Zoom. Many people find this option just as supportive and effective as in-person therapy.
Take the next step
If you’re curious about how therapy could support you, I’d be happy to answer your questions or arrange a short phone call.
