Get in touch to arrange a therapy session
Do you want to understand yourself better?
If you’re looking for support from a qualified therapist, contact me.
I will have availability for new online clients from October, and in-person clients in Brighton from November. Do get in touch now if you would like to join my waiting list.

What happens after you contact me
If you’re new to therapy it can be difficult to imagine what happens during a session. Even if this is not your first time, all therapists work differently. Here I have summarised the process of what happens once you have reached out.
Free 20 minute phone call to arrange a therapy session
Firstly, I’ll aim to respond to your message by email within 24 hours to arrange a phone call. In that call you will be able to ask me any questions you have, talk about what you’re looking for, and I will explain a bit about how I work. Then, if you would like to, we will book in your first session.
Your first therapy session
For this first session, I ask that you bring something to talk about. This can help you to get an idea of how I work and to see if we are a good fit. It’s important you find the right therapist for you that helps you to feel at ease.
Future sessions with me
Whether we meet online or in person, the day and time of your first session will usually remain the same for all future sessions. The next time we meet we will take some time to read through and sign the contract and continue the therapy.
If you are in crisis now
If you have or feel like you might harm yourself right now, you need urgent medical attention. Call 999 and ask for an ambulance, go to A&E, call your crisis team or your GP.
